We maintain a network of strategic alliances in all major emerging market regions, including a very developed network of sector specific business associations in mainland China, providing access to outbound FDI investors seeking global and strategic investment oportunities. Senior members of our group have a long track record of closing on dozens of successful cross border transactions, including the formation and funding of private equity structures, SPV acquisition vehicles, M&A, private placements and public listings. WHO WE ARE
The group’s team comprises of former senior executives of well known international investment banking and wealth management companies, as well as legal, accounting and corporate professionals with long experience in international investment structures, corporate governance, investment negotiation, execution and investment exit, including through M&A and public listings.
Senior members of our group have been, or currently are, Directors of several public companies in the US, UK and HK.
