WHAT WE DO

We source Private Equity, Venture Capital and Strategic M&A opportunities in a variety of sectors for accredited investors globally. We connect selective and strategic investment opportunities, through well developed structures, to global accredited investors seeking international diversification and expansion. Our very experienced team of senior investment industry and seasoned business executives, along with our international strategic partners, affiliates and subsidiaries, collectively provide substantial access to strategic global capital, including outbound capital investment from China, using a complimentary mix of industry and regional expertise with state of the art technologies and business strategies for review and analysis of such investment investment opportunities. Our executives have managed a multitude of cross border transactions over the past 20 years, for many entrepreneurs, companies and investors based in the emerging markets, including international capital markets access for several private Chinese companies and several China market investment vehicles.

We maintain a network of strategic alliances in all major emerging market regions, including a very developed network of sector specific business associations in mainland China, providing access to outbound FDI investors seeking global and strategic investment oportunities. Senior members of our group have a long track record of closing on dozens of successful cross border transactions, including the formation and funding of private equity structures, SPV acquisition vehicles, M&A, private placements and public listings. From innovative entrepreneurial start ups, to exciting tech companies, value based businesses, and undervalued asset plays, our ever growing international deal flow provides unique opportunities for new global investors.

WHO WE ARE

The group’s team comprises of former senior executives of well known international investment banking and wealth management companies, as well as legal, accounting and corporate professionals with long experience in international investment structures, corporate governance, investment negotiation, execution and investment exit, including through M&A and public listings.

Senior members of our group have been, or currently are, Directors of several public companies in the US, UK and HK.

We have substantial professional experience in company growth strategy and related advisory in assisting investee companies to expand on their core competencies.

Senior members of our team have decades of personal experience as founders, developing and growing international and cross border companies and ventures in a variety of sectors.
